Booking Policy
To book a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Simone Ellis,
a refundable commitment fee of $75 is required. This fee serves two purposes:
- Protecting Dr. Ellis' Time: By submitting the commitment fee, you acknowledge the value of Dr. Ellis' expertise and the time dedicated specifically for your consultation. This ensures that her time is respected and valued.
- Demonstrating Your Commitment: The fee represents your commitment to attending the scheduled consultation and making the most of the opportunity to discuss your needs with Dr. Ellis.
The $75 commitment fee will be fully refunded after you attend the scheduled consultation call. However, if you fail to attend the call without proper notice, the fee will be non-refundable.
This policy allows Dr. Ellis to reserve dedicated time slots for individuals who are genuinely interested in her services and value her expertise.
It also ensures that her time is not wasted due to no-shows, enabling her to focus on providing high-quality consultations to those who prioritize this opportunity.

Rescheduling Policy:
- Requests with ≥48 hrs notice - no fee.
- Requests <48 hrs - considered missed appointment.
- Requests ≤1 hr before appointment - considered missed appointment + $75 late rescheduling fee.
Emergencies considered case-by-case.
